By creating an account or accessing the game MoBoS – Millions of Billions of Suns (“the Game”, “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital age of consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

• One account per email address. Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Do not share login credentials.
• You must provide accurate information during registration. Impersonation of other players or real persons is prohibited.
• Account names (Commander Names) must not contain hate speech, slurs, or sexually explicit content.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

• Not real money. Astatines are not legal tender, fiat currency, or any form of electronic money. They cannot be exchanged for real-world money or goods.
• Non-refundable. Astatines, once awarded, spent, or transferred within the Game, are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. No refund, conversion, or chargeback of Astatines to any real-world currency will be processed.
• Not cryptocurrency. Astatines are not a cryptocurrency, digital asset, token, or any instrument governed by blockchain or distributed-ledger technology. They are not fungible with any cryptocurrency (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, or any other digital token) and cannot be converted into or treated as such.
• Non-transferable outside the Game. Astatines cannot be sold, traded, or transferred outside of in-game mechanics. Any attempt to sell accounts or Astatines for real-world value violates these Terms.
• Service dependency. Astatines exist at the sole discretion of the operator. If the Service is discontinued, no compensation for unused Astatines will be provided.

• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Game is prohibited.
• Exploiting bugs or unintended game mechanics to gain an advantage must be reported, not abused.
• In-game communication must not include harassment, hate speech, or personal threats.
• Organised account sharing or farming is prohibited.

All content within the Game — including but not limited to artwork, design, code, sounds, and text — is the property of the operator and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

We collect the minimum data required to operate the Service: your email address, Commander Name, and encrypted password. We do not sell your data to third parties. For questions about data processing, contact us at the address in the Imprint.

The Service is provided “as is” without guarantees of uptime or continuous availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including removing game features, adjusting balance values, or shutting down the Service entirely, without liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of virtual items, Astatines, or game progress.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in the Imprint. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
